Bryan is a Castlegar native with over 30 years experience listing and selling real estate throughout the entire West Kootenay area. He is a multi-generational Kootenay resident with family roots going back to Nelson and Taghum.

Licensed since 1993, he is a second-generation realtor who has gained vast experience in not only residential real estate but also commercial, land development and new home construction. His local market knowledge is substantial and he aims to pass this knowledge onto his clients for their benefit. Bryan values spending time with his clients, answering their questions and guiding them step by step through the buying or selling process.

Bryan and his wife Lori are proud to still call Castlegar home. It was a great area to raise their children. He is an active runner and on many mornings, you will see him trying to catch his wife as they run down Columbia Avenue.
